ORANGEWAY TERMS

The rules for buying from ORANGEWAY and using this site, in plain words. Some designs carry adult language and images, so the site is for people 18 or older. Buying or chatting here means you agree to these rules.
Buying
You must be 18 or older to buy. Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is a flat rate shown before you pay, and sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. We ship to US addresses only.
Everything is printed to order: 2 to 5 business days to print, then 3 to 7 to arrive in the US. Misprints and damage are replaced free within 30 days: email a photo to support@orangeway.net. Because each piece is made for you, we cannot take back a wrong size or a change of mind.
If we cannot fulfil an order, we cancel it and refund it in full. A crypto payment cannot be reversed by your wallet, so refunds for crypto orders are arranged by email.
Messenger rules
You must be 18 or older. No links, no personal details (yours or anyone’s), no threats, harassment, hate or sexual content, no spam. We may refuse or hide any message and ban anyone, and we keep evidence as the privacy page explains.
What you write stays yours. By posting it you let us show it in the lobby for as long as it is there.
Our artwork
The designs, photos and this site are ours or licensed to us. Buying a garment lets you wear it, not copy the art.
Copyright complaints
If something on this site, chat included, infringes your copyright, email support@orangeway.net with the subject "Copyright notice" and include: the work you own; where the infringing material is (the page, or the screen name and time of a chat line); your name, address, phone and email; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law; a statement that your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.
We remove material we receive a complete notice for. If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter notice to the same address. We ban people who infringe repeatedly.
Limits
The site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here takes away rights you have by law.
